We’re looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company. Aids in the development of Project BIM Execution Plan Configures and assembles the project Navisworks file, including all buildings and disciplines Performs visual QA/QC of model and report results to Model Managers and client Leads weekly meetings with the discipline Model Managers to identify and resolve cross-disciplinary model coordination issues, and follow through with disposition of comments Logs and tracks model statuses Coordinates closely with Space Manager, identifying clashes within the Design Model Performs regular interdisciplinary clash detection, resolution of the clashes, exporting clash reports per client requirements, and assembling coordination model deliverable for each review Develops and applies clash report template, including clash batches Coordinates project origin, units, coordinate system, and drawing templates for use during project across all platforms Enforces proper modelling standards with the Senior VDC Coordinator – TFS per BIM Execution Plan Provides Revit, AutoCAD & Navisworks technical assistance when needed Works with Manager VDC – TFS to develop and organize centralized BIM content included but not limited to: Project or Site Coordination Models, Point Cloud Data, Bluebeam Projects, and Control Point Files Expert level of Autodesk 2018: AutoCAD, Fabrication, Navisworks Manage, and Revit Expert level of trade related code and design principles Advanced Windows 7 and 10 knowledge Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint) Ability to work as part of a team with a common goal Other duties may be assigned High School Diploma or GED required Bachelor’s degree preferred 1 years of experience
